What is the Reseller system?

The Reseller system is a program designed for professionals in the "graphic design and printing" sector. This program allows access to a dedicated discount for each order completed on labeldoo.com.

How can I request reseller status?

To request admission to the Reseller system, you must be registered on the labeldoo.com website. Then simply access the reserved user area and click on the icon labeled "Reseller". Once you have completed the request form, simply submit it and wait for the outcome of the Reseller evaluation by the Labeldoo staff.

How can I tell if reseller status has been assigned to me?

Once you have submitted the request to obtain reseller status, it will be handled by our staff. When the evaluation is complete, an informative email will be sent.

Where can I check my discount category?

Once you have logged into your user area, simply click on the "Reseller" option to view your current Reseller status (Bronze – Silver – Gold) and the discount percentage you receive.

I am not a professional in the sector, can I still apply for affiliation with the Reseller program?

No. The Reseller system is dedicated to professionals in the graphic design and printing sector (print shops, label manufacturers, graphic design studios, communication and marketing agencies, etc.)

What discount percentage am I entitled to? How is the discount tier assigned?

The Reseller System program provides three discount percentages based on the volume of orders achieved in the last six months:

• Reseller bronze – Up to €3,000 in purchases every 6 months: 5% discount.
• Reseller silver – From €3,001 to €6,000 in purchases every 6 months: 7% discount.
• Reseller gold – Over €6,001 in purchases every 6 months: 10% discount.

Total volumes are calculated on the taxable base, therefore excluding shipping and VAT.

Can I be downgraded from a specific discount category?

Yes. The total purchases made on labeldoo.com are verified every 6 months and based on the spending recorded in that period, the discount category (Bronze – Silver – Gold) is determined for the next 6 months.

Can I upgrade my category before 6 months?

Yes, by reaching the minimum spending threshold of the next category before the end of the evaluation semester. For example, if from the analysis of turnover from July 1st to December 31st you belong to the Bronze category and between January 1st and February 20th of the following year you have already exceeded €3,001 in spending (excluding shipping and VAT), you move to the Silver category without having to wait until July 1st.

How is the evaluation semester calculated?

The start date is set as the day you acquire Reseller status.
Each evaluation is made at the end of the following 6 months.

Can I lose my reseller status?

Yes. In case of no orders for a consecutive period of 24 months or in case of incorrect, unfair or defamatory conduct towards Labeldoo and the company holding the registered trademark.

Do I need to enter a code to get the Reseller discount?

No. The discount is calculated automatically when you add the product to the cart and proceed to the cart screen. The system will display an entry showing the discount percentage applied.

Do I need to log in with my account to receive the Reseller discount?

To access the discount, you must log in with the account for which Reseller status has been requested and received, otherwise the prices will remain the list prices visible to each user.

Am I entitled to special treatment regarding payments or delivery times?

Payment methods and timelines remain unchanged and equal for all users of the labeldoo.com site, whether they are regular users or Reseller users.

Can the Reseller System be combined with loyalty points?

Yes. The Reseller system can be combined with the loyalty points system on the labeldoo.com website.

What other benefits does the Reseller System offer?

The Reseller System allows you to have shipping with anonymous packaging, to receive all our sample kits and samples in advance, and to have priority telephone and email responses compared to non-reseller customers.
