What is the Refer a Friend program?

The “Invite a Friend” program is targeted at all LabelDoo.com customers. It is designed to increase the service’s popularity through word-of-mouth while generating benefits for customers.   

“Invite a Friend” rewards both the customer (hereafter referred to as the “ambassador”) who invites a friend to order on LabelDoo.com and the invited company (hereafter referred to as the “guest”).

Is the Refer a Friend program open to everyone?

The program is open to all users registered on LabelDoo.com who have placed at least one order, excluding samples and proofs.

How does the Refer a Friend program work?

Every customer who meets the criteria specified in point 2 can generate a discount code in their user area to send (via email, message, or other means) to one or more guest companies. The discount code can be sent to up to 20 different guest companies.

When a guest company completes their first order using the received discount code, the ambassador receives a discount coupon for a future order. 

The ambassador can receive up to a maximum of 20 discount codes from guest companies.

What does “Invited Company” mean, and when can the received discount code be used?

An “Invited Company” refers to a business invited by a LabelDoo.com ambassador that has not yet placed orders on the platform. An ‘Invited Company’ (guest) must have a unique VAT and/or tax code, differing from the ambassador who invited them, and the business must be legally and operationally based in Europe.

How much is the discount for the ambassador and the guest company?

Both the discount code generated by the ambassador for the guest company and the discount code received by the ambassador have a value of 20% of the order in which they are used, up to a maximum of €100.00.

The discount codes for ambassadors and guests are separate, and you cannot determine the value of one discount code based on another company’s code.

All discount codes can be used for orders with a taxable amount greater than €100.00.

Do discount codes have a validity period, and can they be combined?

The discount code generated by the ambassador is valid for 12 months from its creation. This means, for example, that a code generated on April 1st will expire on March 31st of the following year, regardless of when that code was sent to the guest companies. 

The discount code received from the ambassador is valid for 60 days. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. For each order, a maximum of one discount code can be used.

Where can I generate the code to send to a guest company?

You can generate the code by clicking on “Invite a Friend”, then “Generate Discount Code” in your user area.”

As an ambassador company, when will I receive my discount code?

As an ambassador company, your discount code is generated only after a guest company has completed and shipped their first valid order. You’ll find the code in your account under the ‘Invite a Friend’ section and it will also be sent to you via email.

Please note that the following are not considered valid: canceled orders, unpaid orders, unfulfilled orders, undelivered orders, disputed orders, suspended and/or modified orders, offline orders, and orders with a taxable amount under €100.

Where should I apply the discount code?

You can apply the discount code directly in your shopping cart.

Am I eligible for special arrangements regarding payments or delivery schedules?

Payment methods and delivery times remain the same for all labeldoo.com users and are not affected by this program.

Can the Refer a Friend Program be combined with the Reseller Program and Loyalty Points?

Yes, you can combine  the Refer a Friend program with both the Reseller program (which is dedicated solely to professionals in graphics and printing) and the loyalty points system.
